Q. Can you liase with the local authority and deal with with the necessary consents?
A. Yes, part of our full service includes determining if the work requires an application prior to any proposed work. This will include if the tree is subject to a TPO (Tree Preservation order) or if it is in a consideration area. In any event we will be able to deal with these issues on your behalf.
Q. Are you up to date with all the industry best practice and Health and Safety regulations?
A. At Blue Oak Tree Services, we ensure that we are constantly update our works method to conform to the Industry Best Practice. In addition, we comply with all the necessary HSE Regulations.
Q. Do you have public liability insurance?
A. Yes we do. Given the diverse projects that we undertake, we feel it necessary to have in place £5 million public liability insurance.
Q. Do you supply Logs and Mulch?
A. Yes we can. As long as you give us prior notice, we can leave Logs or Mulch on site free of charge. Alternatively we can supply Logs and Mulch, independently at a pre-arranged price.
Q. Do you undertake just residential work?
A. As well as Private households, we also have extensive experience in many areas of commercial work. We also include a number of Developers as our recurring clients.
